⚠️ Safety & Warnings

Severity: Severe

Adverse Effects:
Gastric irritation, dyspepsia, nausea, fluid retention, renal function decline (dose-dependent),
**RARE: severe cutaneous reactions including Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS)/TEN**

Contraindications:
Active peptic ulcer disease, severe renal impairment, prior NSAID-induced hypersensitivity or SJS/TEN

Precautions:
Caution in elderly, dehydration, concomitant steroid therapy (↑ GI bleed risk),
history of drug-induced skin reactions, cardiovascular disease
